Kairy - Thankful 2013

There's so much to be thankful for.  If you can read this, and see this image, and even just get online...then you have things to be thankful for.

Take a moment to think about what you're thankful for.
Then, write it down.
And then, if you can, read it aloud...possibly to other people.

Studies have proven that expressing gratitude towards other people and thanking them/being thankful for them increases happiness.

So...not only do you get to figure out what you're thankful for, but you can be happy while you do it, too!

Or, in the very least, take a moment to reflect on what you're thankful for.

I hope everyone has/is having/had an awesome Thanksgiving...and to my watchers (and anyone who just stumbles upon this) who are Jewish, hope you're having a great Chanukah, too!
