Contest - Chibi Anthropromorphicication

Description

I was going to rotate the template 90 degrees, as it's technically keeping the same sizes (only rotated), but decided not to chance it.  Frankly, it looks better flipped 90 degrees, as the drawings I did are more vertical than horizontal.  As it was, I had them popping out of the frames to get them as large as possible.  I don't mind having one image pop out, but I typically try to avoid all images in a comic strip, and the template is akin to a 3-panel comic strip.

I'm not expecting to win (I never win art contests, ironically), especially due to the sizing issues and the fact that I'm absolute fail at backgrounds (while other entries look really pretty with their backgrounds)...but it was fun to do, and that's what counts.  Besides...I wanted the focus to be on the transformation, not the background.

Also, I really don't like not putting a watermark on it (forgoing it for the contest), but it's a lower size than the original drawings before I compiled it, so as long as I have the originals, I should be alright.

Now for the official stuff:

Inspiration:
Welp, it's a chibified version of me turning into Kairy, my fursona.  I was going to go from "normal" to "chibi" as well, but decided against it since "normal" isn't really my style.
Yes...I have Central Heterochromia, which is why the first image has that yellow ring around my pupils (in my case, my irises are blue with a yellow ring).  Ironically, that made it easier to transition the eyes from my eye color to Kairy's.  XD

Everything used to create it:
Mechanical pencil (0.7 HB) to sketch it on a sketchbook, Copic Multiliner pens for inking (sizes used were:  0.7, 0.5, 0.3, 0.2), prismacolor eraser to erase all lines and prepare the lineart for scanning into the computer, HP Scanjet 4850 for scanning, then colored and finished in Adobe Photoshop CS5.1.

Time:
The drawing and inking took 50-60 minutes for all three images.
Coloring and finalizing took about 5.5 hours.
